Divadelní společnost Kejklíř: Kejklíř

The Antonín Dvořák Memorial in Vysoká u Příbrami invites you to puppet theatre for children and their parents on summer Sundays. Weather permitting, performances take place in the castle park; in poor weather, inside the castle.

Kejklíř is a production based on the Brothers Grimm fairy tale Rumpelstiltskin - a cheerful story from life, fifty minutes of entertainment with deep ethical content. Through the fairy tale, the show aims to teach children that not everything can be traded and that there are values that are not for sale.

One actor, dozens of characters, a three-by-three-metre stage. The script was written, directed, scored, and performed by Luděk Richter, in collaboration with Věra Čížkovská.
