Marečku, podejte mi pero!

Jiří Kroupa, a master at an agricultural machinery factory, could be promoted - but only if he completes evening technical school. Mr. Kroupa fiercely resists, but eventually gives in to pressure from the workshop committee and enrolls. His son attends the same school and even sits in the same classroom during the day. Suddenly it becomes clear that the father is performing much worse than his son. Can the parent restore his reputation and hold his own against the teachers and classmates?
