Masterclass: When Listening Becomes Agency

A teaching session exploring the relationship between movement, body, and the performative dimension of sound, with emphasis on the art of listening. Led by Elia Moretti (IT). Instruction in English.

The workshop examines listening as an active practice of co-creating reality - not sound as background or accompaniment, but as a force that shapes presence, ways of acting, mutual relationships, and the very composition of dance and performance.

Through guided exercises and collective improvisation, participants work with sound as a choreographic principle and listening as a physical and expressive practice. The workshop includes active sharing of insights and collaboration in creating a space for experimentation, dialogue, and reflection.
