Načeva

Festival Prix Bohemia Radio presents a concert by Monika Načeva, one of the most distinctive figures in the Czech alternative scene. Since the early 1990s, she has combined evocative vocals with literary poetry and musical experiments at the intersection of rock, underground, and electronic music.

Načeva is currently touring with her band to mark the 30th anniversary of the cult album "Nebe je rudý" - a recording built on poems by Jáchym Topol and produced by Jan P. Muchow. The album returns to the stage in 2026 and is being released on vinyl for the first time.

The second part of her current work is represented by the album "Jdem temným dnem" (shortlisted for the Anděl Awards), which gives voice to forgotten and persecuted poets of the second half of the 20th century.
