Mandala and the Path of Individuation

This workshop explores mandala as a tool for spiritual and psychological development. Participants will learn about its significance in Eastern traditions and Western psychology, as well as the process of individuation – the path through which an individual moves toward their inner identity and integrates opposing forces within themselves. The workshop includes creating your own mandala, which allows you to listen to deeper layers of the psyche and express emotions through artistic work. No prior artistic experience is necessary.
