Guided Tour of Káznice Prison

The former regional prison on Cejl is one of Brno's most exceptional buildings, with a history stretching back to the late 18th century. Originally built beyond the city walls, it gradually found itself in the heart of the city - and few realize that executions of political opponents of both Nazism and Communism took place here well into the 20th century.
