New Year's Concert & Andrea Kalivodová

The New Year's concert at Besední dům in Brno takes place on Friday, 1 January 2027 at 5 p.m. Andrea Kalivodová brings a programme of opera and musical theatre highlights to the Neo-Renaissance building on Komenského náměstí, accompanied by the Moravian Piano Trio. This is one of two Czech dates on her tour this year. Besední dům, built in 1870-1873 to designs by architect Theophil von Hansen, has served as a cultural centre for Brno for over 150 years. The evening includes a formal wine toast during the interval.
