Moravské klavírní trio performs at Brno's KD Rubín on Sunday, 11 October 2026, with the gala concert Gala Wien. The programme features works by Beethoven, Haydn and Morricone, performed by this ensemble during one of four Brno dates scheduled for the year. The cultural centre KD Rubín is located in the Žabovřesky district and its main hall seats nearly 400 guests. Following the concert, all attendees are invited to meet the musicians over a glass of wine, extending the musical experience in a more relaxed setting.

About the venue: KD Rubín

KD Rubín is a community and cultural centre in the Žabovřesky district of Brno, built between 1975 and 1980 to a design by architect Vladimír Hřebačka. The main hall seats nearly 400 and can be arranged for theatre performances, concerts, lectures or balls. The building also houses a civil ceremony hall, a gymnastics room and an outdoor terrace. Since 2021 it has operated as an independent contributory organisation of the Brno-Žabovřesky municipal district.

About: Moravské klavírní trio

Jana Ryšánková, Jiří Jahoda and Miroslav Zicha have played together without interruption since 1999, building one of the richest chamber-music repertoires in Europe - spanning Haydn and Dvořák, their own operatic transcriptions, and film music.

In May 2026, the trio will hold two gala concerts of film music with illuminations at the Red Church in Brno: 'Once Upon a Time in the West 2' (May 22) and 'James Bond 2' (May 23).
