Opening Concert "Mozart Gala"

The opening concert of the 24th season of the G. Mahler Philharmonic Jihlava takes place on Sunday, 18 October 2026 at DKO in Jihlava. The programme, dedicated to the 270th anniversary of Mozart's birth, features the Clarinet Concerto and operatic arias. Conductor Jiří Jakeš leads the orchestra with clarinetist Dominik Sedlák and soprano Soňa Godarská. DKO has been one of the main cultural venues in the Vysočina region since 1961, hosting concerts and theatre performances. The G. Mahler Philharmonic Jihlava has scheduled four concerts across the Czech Republic, with three taking place in Jihlava itself.
