The literary canon is full. The weakest must be eliminated. The enemy must be marked. An unsuitable character must be crossed out. But who will it be?

Prosecution. Defense. Execution.

Characters from Czech literary works gather to decide together who no longer deserves to be among them. The trial has its rules and everyone plays their role — defense, witnesses, the accused. It seems simple.

What are the individual characters playing for? Who will sink the others to save themselves? Who will sacrifice themselves and who will be the first to point at another? Seemingly innocent statements sharpen and find their target — there is nothing personal in it, even when language becomes a fist, a collar, or an electric chair. The audience is invited as a jury. The law speaks clearly, but the human factor sounds better.
