TUBLATANKA - Pardubice

The third wave is underway! TUBLATANKA began forming in autumn 1982 when Maťo Ďurinda (real name Martin Ďurinda), a first-year student at the Faculty of Pharmacy at Comenius University, met drummer Juraj Černý through a friend at the wine bar Veľkí Františkáni. Černý was a student of documentary directing at the Academy of Performing Arts and had already performed with the well-known entertainment big beat band YPS. At their first conversation over wine, they hit it off immediately.

Now we look forward to their concert with you! Opening the show will be the band Mylions, a hardrock-metal ensemble of seasoned musicians led by Mirko Horňák (ex-Kern, ex-Titanic). They have been making waves across the Czech and Moravian music scene with their original material, which clearly bears Mirko's distinctive creative signature, supported by Libor Machata's compelling lyrics. All wrapped in a modern sound with elements of progressive rock, enriched by the musicianship of the entire band.
