Julia Koudela Hansen-Löve / Retina

The exhibition "Retina" by painter and translator Julia Koudela Hansen-Löve takes place in the Gallery Dům in the monastery garden of Broumov Monastery. The exhibition is open from May 10 to June 28, 2026; the opening reception was held on May 9, 2026. Julia Koudela Hansen-Löve (born 1975 in Vienna) studied painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague (1995–2001) and postgraduate studies at Hochschule für Bildende Künste in Dresden. She lives in Prague and Vienna, working in both painting and literary translation. Gallery Dům is open daily during exhibitions: May–September 10:00–17:00, October 12:00–16:00. Admission: adults 50 CZK, students, children under 15, and seniors over 65 years 30 CZK, students of fine arts schools free.
