The international festival Trnavský Jazzyk moves to the end of June this year.

From June 25-27, Nádvorie - a contemporary culture space - will host a selection of artists from the Slovak and international scene: Lash & Grey, H3O Organ Trio, Júlia Kozáková with Manušou II, and Greek bassist Petros Klampanis.

About the venue: Nádvorie

Nádvorie is a cultural and community centre in central Trnava, opened in 2018 after the renovation of several historic burgher houses - three of which are listed national cultural monuments. The studio Vallo Sadovsky Architects merged the original courtyards into a single semi-public complex, which won the Dušan Jurkovič Prize in 2018. The venue hosts concerts, theatre performances and discussions; the complex also includes the Malý Berlín cultural centre, a coworking space and several food and drink outlets.

The Bratislava duo of Kristína Mihaľová and Jakub Šedivý weaves jazz intimacy with soul warmth - a sound that has taken them to Carnegie Hall, French television ARTE, and festivals in Mexico, Paris, and the Baltic coast. At home they hold the Anděl Award and two Radio_Head Awards; Kristína also stands as the only European to reach the final five of the Sarah Vaughan Jazz Vocal Competition.

About: H3O Organ Trio

H3O Organ Trio is a Slovak jazz group built around guitarist Peter Zajaček, Hammond organist Tibor Feledi, and drummer Marián Slávka. Their sound fuses jazz, blues-rock, and funk with experimental touches, driven by dense grooves and the rich Hammond organ at the centre. Their debut album Synergia draws on the 1970s organ trio tradition while pushing it into more modern, freely improvised territory.

About: Petros Klampanis

Petros Klampanis is a Greek double bassist and composer who blends jazz with Mediterranean influences. He studied at Berklee College of Music in Boston before settling in New York. His albums under his own name draw on his Greek roots while staying firmly in the contemporary jazz world.
