"That's right, why shouldn't a couple of old hags like us have a bit of fun. Wait, I'll get the wine."
Retirees Greta, Erna and their maid Marjánka spend the end of their lives at a table. Withered bodies, unlimited freedom of speech and dialogue that gradually transforms into monologue. A portrait of a marginalized social stratum and the interior of a defective home democracy — with questions about what to do with years of rest and whether society cares about its retired members at all.
The production marks the return of Austrian dramatist Werner Schwab's (1958–1994) debut comedy to the Czech stage.
