A clown, a child, and a hen. A scenic poem about the birth of friendship stronger than fear for one's life. Two fragile figures manage through playfulness to dispel ever-present danger and create a colourful world on shaky ruins.

Bolek Polívka created the production Pépe in 1974. It returns to the stage exactly fifty years later. Yet its theme has not aged a single day.
