ENSEMBLE DAMIAN: La Dafne

Ensemble Damian brings the opera La Dafne to the Baroque Complex in Kuks on Friday, 21 August 2026 at 20:30. This is a new Baroque arrangement by Vít Zouhar and Tomáš Hanzlík, telling the story of Apollo's unrequited love for the nymph Daphne. The Baroque Complex in Kuks, a national cultural monument in the Trutnov district, provides an ideal setting for this production — its centrepiece is a hospital with the Church of the Holy Trinity and sculptural decoration by Matěj Bernard Braun. The performance takes place in a historic environment that perfectly complements the atmosphere of this Baroque work. Tickets are available from 450 CZK.
