Relationships and Communication in Them

A lecture on relationship communication — specifically why the same problems repeat in relationships and how to break free from this cycle.

The programme covers three main topics: how to talk with your partner and loved ones so they truly listen; how to resolve conflicts so both parties are satisfied; and how to recognize and work with negative patterns from childhood that unconsciously influence relationship behaviour.

The lecture includes concrete examples from life and therapeutic practice. There will also be time for questions and discussion of specific situations from the audience.

The lecture takes place on 3 September at Jiřího Mahena Library in Brno.
