Creepy Teepee 2026 is the 16th edition of an independent, artist-run festival of alternative music, taking place from 10 to 12 July on Prague's Štvanice Island. Founded in 2009, the festival has been based in Kutná Hora throughout its existence — but this year it relocates for the first time, as negotiations to continue renting the garden of St. Voršila monastery failed.
Organizers from the A.M.180 collective chose Prague as their new home partly due to proximity to allied clubs Bike Jesus and Fuchs2. The daytime programme takes place on an outdoor stage on Štvanice Island, while evening and night events occur in these two clubs. The festival runs from Friday afternoon through the early hours of Monday morning.
Creepy Teepee is an intentionally DIY and community-driven event focused on experimental and alternative music without genre boundaries, emphasizing inclusivity, queer-positive values, and resistance to fascism and nationalism.
