The 58th International Festival of Wind Bands Ratíškovice – the Josef Novák Festival – takes place on Sunday, 12 July 2026 from 11:00 at the Baník Ratíškovice football grounds. The event will be held in any weather; a covered stand is available.
The morning programme (from 11:00) opens with the wind bands Sebraňáci, Záhumenka, Veselá muzika and a foreign guest – the Dutch wind band Západská. The afternoon part (from 14:00) begins with ceremonial fanfares, followed by DH Vracovjáci, Muzika z Dolních Heřmanic, Drietomanka, Žadovjáci and Stříbrňanka. The festival traditionally concludes with a monster concert of all participating bands.
The grounds feature music recordings from individual bands and souvenirs. Tickets cost 250 CZK and are available online and at the box office on the day of the event. The event is organised by the Municipality of Ratíškovice and the Osvětová beseda Ratíškovice.
