About the venue

The FK Baník Ratíškovice football ground is home to a club founded in 1930. The natural-grass pitch has a covered stand and hosts not only league matches but also larger public events - most notably the International Brass Band Festival held here each year. The club's finest hour came in the 1999-2000 Czech Cup, when it reached the final at Strahov before losing 1-2 to Slovan Liberec.
