2in1: Lukáš Cígler and the film Flow - Finding Your Own Path Across the Elements

An evening divided into two parts, two formats, and one theme: finding your own path in wild nature and pushing human boundaries.

In the first part, we join nineteen-year-old Lukáš on the Haute Randonnée Pyrénéenne (HRP) - a crossing of the entire Pyrenees from the Atlantic to the Mediterranean, often called Europe's toughest long-distance trek. Over 27 days he conquered significant elevation gain, technical terrain, and solitude. In his lecture, he will show photographs and videos from the ridges and describe what it's like to hike solo at the edge of your limits.

The second part belongs to the screen and the premiere of the international documentary FLOW, which follows women breaking stereotypes and systemic barriers in climbing, highlining, and extreme kayaking - from Czech sandstone through the Amazon and Canada to the Indian Himalayas, on rock, wild water, and in the air. The screening will take place with the director and protagonist and co-producer Denisa Krásná, followed by a discussion and the opportunity to buy the book that inspired the film.
