CAMP Point: Výstaviště
Prague Exhibition Centre, Prague
How should railway infrastructure be designed so that it functions not merely as a transport structure, but as an integral part of the city? What does electrification and double-tracking of the airport line bring, and what demands does such a project place on its surroundings?
Moderator Jiří Jaroš has invited architect and dean of the Faculty of Architecture at CTU Dalibor Hlaváček from dh architekti studio, author of the Praha-Výstaviště station and other planned railway structures in Dejvice and Veleslavín. The discussion will cover railway modernization, new stations, integration with public transport, and how such projects shape public space and Prague's development.
