Upper Château in Rožmberk nad Vltavou. After decades of separation, the castle and château complex in Rožmberk nad Vltavou has been reunited, and in December 2025 came under the care of the National Heritage Institute.

About the venue: Rožmberk

Rožmberk Castle is one of the oldest castles in South Bohemia, founded in the 13th century by the Vítkovci family and later held by the Rožmberks. Perched above the Vltava river, it got its romantic neo-Gothic look during a 19th-century rebuilding commissioned by the Buquoy family. Today it operates as a museum with guided tours and occasionally hosts cultural events and weddings.
