CAMP Tour: Prager's Cubes
Our former headquarters in Emauzy is undergoing its most significant transformation since its completion in 1973. The reconstruction began in July 2026 and will take approximately three years, encompassing the restoration of facades, technical systems, and load-bearing structures. The goal is to preserve as many original elements as possible, reduce the complex's energy consumption, and prepare it for the next decade of operation.
We will tour the construction site with Martin Špičák, head of the IPR Prague Reconstruction Office, who will explain the progress, major challenges, and future appearance of the modernist buildings designed by architect Karel Prager. Once complete, IPR and CAMP will return to the complex, a rooftop terrace with a bistro will open, and the surrounding area will become a more accessible public space.
