She Connects: The Importance of Intuition and Soul in Your Career (workshop)

We make decisions rationally, plan, measure. Yet in business, we are often guided by things that don't fit into spreadsheets - unconscious patterns, inherited roles, and inner voices telling us what we "should" do and what we "cannot". Soul in business is not a luxury or weekend esotericism, but a necessary "new normal" - whoever ignores it at work makes decisions only half-consciously.

Don't expect theory or another dose of business know-how, but an experience. Together we will enter an ancient story that has served people for generations as a map for navigating change, uncertainty, and finding themselves. During the workshop, you will discover what story you are currently living in your work and career, recognize where you are led by others' expectations and where your own inner compass points, and practice working with intuition as a full-fledged decision-making tool. You will leave with a fresh perspective on your work and questions to continue exploring.

The workshop is led by Karolína Presová, sociologist, therapist, founder and former CEO, Forbes 30 Under 30 laureate.
