Summer Season Opening at the Centre 2026

The Summer Season Opening at the Centre 2026 is dedicated to children – an afternoon themed around classic Czech children's shows such as Rákosníček, Bob and Bobek, and Little Witch.

You can look forward to crafts, games, and other activities for children and adults. Children will collect stamps on game cards and can win prizes. Participants receive a card with their 100 CZK admission fee.

The event takes place in an open outdoor space – seating is not provided, please bring your own. Food and drinks are available from the Pavilon bistro; please do not bring your own supplies.

The event takes place weather permitting. In case of expected thunderstorms or rain, it will not be held – follow the latest updates on the social media pages of Summer at the Centre and Pavilon. Summer cinemas will be cancelled without a replacement date; concerts will have a replacement date arranged (purchased tickets can be refunded at the point of sale); theatre, podcasts, and discussions will be moved to Pant Centre in case of bad weather. If the event is cancelled during the proceedings, admission fees will not be refunded. Programme changes are reserved.
