British singer and performer Kirris Riviere is bringing his five-piece band The Delta du Bruit, also known as Kirris Riviere Blues Band, to Broumov. Their music draws from blues and blends it with soul, funk, gospel, and influences from the Bristol music scene. The band released their debut album in 2023 and has been touring across the UK and internationally ever since.

On stage, they focus on original compositions, Riviere's distinctive vocals, and space for improvisation - songs from the album take on a form tailored to the club setting, emphasizing rhythm, groove, and direct connection with the audience.

In Broumov they will perform as: Kirris Riviere - vocals, Evan Newman - keyboards, Marek Domanowski - guitar, David Johns - bass, Pete Warner - drums.

About the venue: Broumov Monastery

The Benedictine Monastery of Broumov, a national cultural monument perched on a rocky spur above the Stěnava river in the centre of Broumov, was founded in the 14th century. In the early 18th century, Kryštof Dientzenhofer and his son Kilián Ignác rebuilt the complex in the Baroque style. The year-round tour circuit includes the Church of St. Adalbert, a refectory housing a unique 1651 copy of the Turin Shroud – the only one in Central Europe north of the Alps – and a historic library. The monastery is home to the Educational and Cultural Centre Broumov, which organises concerts, exhibitions and educational programmes.
