A lecture by Jakub Frank about Sri Lanka - a land of oceans, jungles, tea plantations and surfing waves. Jakub spent several years there and will illustrate his talk with photographs, videos and travel stories.

The discussion will cover the lives of local people, culture and traditions, as well as mass tourism and its impact on these places and the communities living there. Jakub will attempt to place everything in the broader context of sustainable tourism.
