Václav Metoděj Uhlíř (born 1988) is a Czech organist, musicologist and teacher. He studied at the Church Conservatory in Opava, completed a doctorate in musicology at Palacký University in Olomouc, and in 2023 graduated from the organ programme at JAMU in Brno. He serves as organist at the Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary in Hradec Králové, has been assistant diocesan organologist there since 2018, and teaches music theory at the Pardubice Conservatory. As a performer he focuses on Czech organ music and the repertoire of the 17th and 20th centuries, and has collaborated with the Hradec Králové and Zlín Philharmonics.

Since 2018, he has worked as an assistant to the organologist of the Hradec Králové Diocese, where he is engaged in organological documentation and the care of organs in the diocese.
