Stará Pešatová is a Czech punk-rock band from Tábor, built around four founding members of the zoopunk group Peshata, joined by a new rhythm section. They describe their sound as "oldschool zoopunk" - raw, guitar-driven punk with two alternating vocalists and no brass. Their lyrics lean on animal fables where creatures stand in for people. Debut album Od Tábora až punk! came out on vinyl in 2024 via PHR Records.
