Slam Poetry Show is a live performance format by the Czech platform Slam Poetry CZ, active since 2003. A trio or quartet of top Czech slam poets tours the country on request, blending verse with theatrical performance - audiences score the performers, get drawn into the action, and the poets use gesture, movement and rhythm alongside their texts. The platform received the Magnesia Litera award for outstanding contribution to book culture in 2024.
