Ignite is an American melodic hardcore band from Orange County, California, active since 1993. They built their reputation on politically charged lyrics, strong melodies, and relentless touring across more than 40 countries. Key albums include A Place Called Home (2000), Our Darkest Days (2006), and A War Against You (2016), which charted at #6 in Germany. In 2022 the band released their sixth studio album, Ignite, with new vocalist Eli Santana, who replaced longtime frontman Zoltán Téglás.
Ignite released the EP Where They Talk: 30th Anniversary Edition on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of their debut EP.
The band completed an extensive European tour including stops in Vienna, Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne, Stuttgart, Bologna, and Munich.
Ignite performed as headliners at the Rock the Rails festival and announced they are working on a new album.
The band released the single Done Digging the Grave featuring guest Andrew Neufeld (Comeback Kid).
Ignite and Slapshot together completed a European tour on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of their first joint tour from 1994.
