About

Pavel Haas Quartet is a Czech string quartet founded in Brno in 2002, named after Czech composer Pavel Haas, a pupil of Leoš Janáček. The ensemble has gained international acclaim through recordings on the Supraphon label and awards including the BBC Music Magazine Award.
