Harpsichord Recital by Mahan Esfahani

On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the birth of Zuzana Růžičková, the internationally acclaimed harpsichordist Mahan Esfahani will perform in Olomouc for the first time. He is a student of the legendary Czech harpsichordist.

The programme features works by Johann Sebastian Bach, Bohuslav Martinů, and one of the early sonatas by Ludwig van Beethoven, which was apparently originally written for harpsichord.
