Osmany Laffita (full name Osmany Rodriguez Laffita, born 3 October 1965 in Havana) is a Cuban fashion designer, parfumier and TV personality who has lived in the Czech Republic since 1987. He launched his own label in 1999 and has since shown collections in Paris, New York and Miami; Vogue En Español named him its designer of choice. Alongside his couture work, he is widely known in Czech entertainment for his touring talk shows.
Laffita announced the largest fashion show of his career: the spring-summer 2027 collection will be presented on September 25, 2026 at PVA Expo Praha accompanied by a live set by Paul van Dyk.
In October 2025, Laffita celebrated his 60th birthday with a major show at Czech Fashion Week at PVA Expo Praha, where he also presented a retrospective of his work.
In September 2024, Laffita launched a new tour with the talk show Kafe u Osmanyho - by the end of the year he completed over 40 stops throughout the Czech Republic.
In June 2024, Laffita held a jubilee show on the Triumphal Staircase of the National Museum in Prague on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of his brand on the Czech market.
On New Year's Eve 2024, Laffita appeared as a guest on the Czech television program Všechnopárty.
