Milan Pitkin, born Milan Křivský on 23 May 1950 in Prague, is a Czech comedian, entertainer and musician. He built his reputation on a distinctive comic style - mock stuttering and imitations of Hungarian - and spent years as singer and guitarist in Ivan Mládek's Banjo Band. Audiences know him from the sitcoms Noha 22 and Cyranův ostrov and from TV variety shows such as Všechnopárty and Buřtcajk; he also appeared in the Kameňák film comedies. Today he performs at Prague's Divadlo u Hasičů and tours with his own stand-up and song programme.
Pitkin continues to perform in the comedy Na ostro at the Divadlo u Hasičů and on tours throughout the Czech Republic, with dates scheduled until November 2026.
Dotyk.cz in February 2024 reminded that Pitkin is among the faces that have disappeared from television screens and today devotes himself mainly to theater.
Pitkin in an interview for ceskeduchody.cz admitted that he receives a pension of around 10,000 CZK and lives mainly from theater performances.
