Michal Vitanovský (born 3 May 1946, Klatovy) is a Czech sculptor, medallist and illustrator. He studied at the Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in Prague under Jan Kavan (1965–1971). Over the course of his career he shifted from sculpture towards metal reliefs, and he also works as a draughtsman and author of both non-fiction and literary texts.
