Michaela Katráková (born 3 December 1988 in Prague) is a Czech opera singer with a lyric-dramatic soprano voice, specialising in the verismo and Romantic repertoire of Puccini, Verdi, Dvořák and Janáček. She trained at the Prague Conservatory under Prof. Brigita Šulcová and in 2013 became the youngest Czech soprano to sing Violetta Valéry, taking on the role at age 23. Her career has taken her to the State Opera Prague, the J. K. Tyl Theatre in Pilsen, the North Bohemian Theatre in Ústí nad Labem, and the Tatar State Opera in Kazan, with whom she toured the Netherlands and Belgium.
In April 2025, Katráková performed live in the Liechtenstein Palace Gallery at HAMU with the aria Depuis le jour from the opera Louise by Gustave Charpentier.
On New Year's Eve and New Year 2024, Katráková performed as a soloist of the South Bohemian Theatre in České Budějovice in a Gala Operetta.
In June 2022, Katráková sang the role of the Beauty in Smetana's Libuše at an open-air concert in Nepomuk alongside Eva Urbanová.
In 2021, Katráková performed with Eva Urbanová and the Chamber Orchestra of the National Theatre at an open-air concert for a thousand listeners in Nepomuk on the occasion of the 300th anniversary of the beatification of St. John of Nepomuk.
