Láska is the stage name of Czech folk-pop singer-songwriter and guitarist Václav Vaňura, who launched his solo career in 2018 with the single Hezká písnička after years in punk bands zakázanÝovoce, Ovoce and Geoff Tyson Band. He performs alone, building up full-band textures with an acoustic guitar and a looper. In seven years of solo work he has played nearly 400 concerts across the Czech Republic and abroad, collaborating with artists such as Xindl X and Pokáč.
Láska performed as a guest on the tour of legendary singer Petra Janů; due to great interest, the managers of both artists added joint concerts for 2026 as well.
Láska released a duet Dva z jiný planety with singer-songwriter Marií Tilšarovou, winner of Porto 2023.
Láska is working on his third studio album, which is expected to be released in the first half of 2026, with several producers and musical guests.
Láska released the single Vlčí Máky and completed a spring tour with the friendly band Poletíme?
Láska released a duet version of the song Vrátit čas with actress and singer Kateřinou Marií Fialovou; the original version comes from his album Druhá.
