Krysař (The Pied Piper) is a Czech musical that premiered in Prague in November 1996, based on the legend of the Pied Piper of Hamelin. It became one of the most successful original Czech musicals ever, with over 700 performances and nearly half a million audience members. The accompanying albums Krysař I and Krysař II were released the same year and earned Gold Disc status.
