Kraftwerk is a German electronic music group founded in Düsseldorf in 1970 by Ralf Hütter and Florian Schneider. Albums such as Autobahn, Trans-Europe Express and The Man-Machine were hugely influential in shaping synth-pop, techno and modern electronic music as a whole. Their live shows are known for striking visual projections and minimalist staging.
