Festival Pod Přehradou
Two-day Czech music festival in Ludkovice featuring traditional bands and folk performers. Mňága a Ždorp, Banjo Band Ivana Mládka, and other acts perform across Friday and Saturday.
Jaroslav Uhlíř (born 14 September 1945 in Prague) is a Czech composer, pianist and singer best known for his decades-long partnership with lyricist Zdeněk Svěrák, with whom he wrote over 500 songs and co-hosted the children's TV show Hodina zpěvu. His film scores include the beloved fairy-tale comedies Long Live Ghosts!, Waiter, Scarper! and Lotrando a Zubejda. In 2022 he was inducted into the Czech music Hall of Fame at the Anděl Awards.
Jaroslav Uhlíř performed on April 26, 2026 with the orchestra at the Prague theater Bez zábradlí as part of the concert series Hodina zpěvu.
ČT art broadcast on December 5, 2025 a shortened version of the jubilee concert from the Prague Lucerna.
Czech Radio Dvojka organized on September 27, 2025 in the sold-out Grand Hall of Lucerna a concert tribute to Uhlíř's 80th birthday with the participation of Zdeněk Svěrák, Karel Šíp, Tomáš Klus and others.
Jaroslav Uhlíř was inducted on April 27, 2022 into the Hall of Fame of the Anděl Award for lifetime achievement.
