Ivo Šmoldas (born 1955 in Prostějov) is a Czech poet, cultural journalist, TV and radio presenter, screenwriter, and translator. A graduate of Charles University's Faculty of Arts, he spent years in publishing before becoming widely known for his dry, witty humour. He hosts his own talk show Lenoška Iva Šmoldase on Czech Radio 2 and occasionally appears on stage, including at Divadlo Na Jezerce in Prague.
