Ivo Šmoldas - Stories of Life

PhDr. Ivo Šmoldas – poet, publicist, screenwriter, translator, and broadcaster – presents his club touring show featuring witty observations, columns, and stories from his private and professional life. Šmoldas is known from Czech Radio, where he hosts the talk show Lenoška Iva Šmoldase, and from numerous television programmes. He is also the author of the book Co vy na to, pane Šmoldasi?.

The evening will be hosted by castle owner Nathaniel Filip de Aras, who will also perform several songs. The performance takes place in the musical salon of the castle in Staré Ždánice for a maximum of 40 guests. The programme will last approximately 120 minutes; refreshments and space for personal meetings will be available during the interval and after the show.

Dress code: Smart Casual. Ladies are requested not to wear shoes with sharp heels due to the wooden floor. Parking is recommended near the Staroždánická hospůdka pub – parking spaces are available next to the pub and on the street towards the church.
