Ivan Mládek & Banjo Band is a Czech musical group founded in the 1970s by singer, songwriter and humorist Ivan Mládek. The band is known for its distinctive blend of folk, country and comedy. Their biggest hit, "Jožin z bažin" (1978), became an iconic Czech song with international reach.
