🎸 Hortus Gratiae

About

Hortus Gratiae is a Czech professional dance group focused on historical dance styles ranging from Gothic through Renaissance to Baroque. Choreography is created by Jaroslava Špačková, a graduate of Prague's HAMU with over thirty years of experience. The dancers make their own costumes and select their own music, keeping their performances close to period authenticity. The group regularly appears at medieval festivals and historical events across the Czech Republic and abroad.
