Haken
Progressive metal band Haken performs at Prague's Roxy club.
Haken are an English progressive metal band from London, founded in 2007 by guitarist and multi-instrumentalist Richard Henshall and vocalist Ross Jennings. Across seven studio albums they have built a reputation as one of the most ambitious acts in contemporary prog - each record inhabits a different sonic world, from symphonic metal to '80s new wave to djent. They have been signed to Inside Out Music since their breakthrough album The Mountain in 2013.
Haken released a new EP In a Fever Dream digitally on July 17, 2026; physical release on CD and vinyl is planned for September 18, 2026.
The band released the single Bleeding Sky and announced a 17-date European tour in September and October 2026 with a stop in Prague.
In January 2026, guitarist Charlie Griffiths and bassist Conner Green left the band, having been members since 2008 and 2014 respectively.
Haken released the live album Liveforms: An Evening With Haken capturing the concert at London's O2 Forum from September 21, 2024.
The band performed the European leg of the An Evening With Haken tour, during which they played the album Fauna in full and added a selection from their entire discography in sets lasting over three hours.
