Grave Digger, Motorjesus
German heavy metal legends Grave Digger perform in Ostrava with support from Motorjesus.
Grave Digger is a German heavy metal band founded in November 1980 in Gladbeck, North Rhine-Westphalia, by vocalist Chris Boltendahl and guitarist Peter Masson. Counted among the so-called "big four" of German power metal alongside Helloween, Rage and Running Wild, the band has released more than twenty studio albums across four-plus decades. Boltendahl is the sole constant member throughout the band's history, and his distinctive rasp remains the group's most recognizable trademark.
Grave Digger performed at the Wacken Open Air 2025 festival with a jubilee show for the band's 45th anniversary.
The album "Bone Collector" (22nd studio album) was released on January 17, 2025 by Rock Of Angels Records and reached position No. 13 on the German album chart.
The band launched the 45th Anniversary Tour through German-speaking countries with guest Victory; the tour took place in January and February 2025.
In October 2024, the band announced the album "Bone Collector" and released the first single "Kingdom of Skulls".
In December 2024, the single "The Devil's Serenade" was released as the third preview of the upcoming album.
