František Kuča is a guitarist, singer and lyricist from Ostrava, best known as the frontman of CI3 and as a lyricist for Stratopilot. CI3 grew out of the long-running Ostrava band Café Industrial, which Kuča led from its founding in 2002 until it was renamed and restructured in 2020. Alongside his band work he contributes news reports to Czech Radio Ostrava, and since 2024 he has been performing solo under the project name Vrčí dráty v polích.
František Kuča presented his solo project Vrčí dráty v polích in the radio program Harenda on Czech Radio Ostrava.
In May 2026, Kuča performed with his solo program Vrčí dráty v polích at the Na Věčnosti club in Znojmo.
In November 2025, Kuča performed a solo concert at the Ostrava pub U Arnošta together with Juhyň Introvert Trio.
In January 2025, Kuča performed solo as part of the Koncert za oponou series at the Petra Bezruče Theatre in Jeseník.
Kuča recorded his solo album Vrčí dráty v polích with producer and drummer Viktor Dořičák from CI3.
