Francisco Mourão Corrêa (born 1973, Portugal) is a ufology and exopolitics researcher who founded Exopolitics Portugal in 2009 and co-founded the International Coalition for Extraterrestrial Research (ICER) in 2021, serving as its Continental Director for Europe. He works closely with the CTEC research centre at the University Fernando Pessoa in Porto and coordinates the STELLAR international observatory of anomalous phenomena. He has contributed to documentary series for National Geographic Channel and the History Channel, and has lectured at UFO conferences across Europe.
Corrêa published a post on the STELLAR platform about the peer-reviewed academic journal Limina - The Journal of UAP Studies, dedicated to scientific research on UAP.
In an interview with Jornal de Leiria, Corrêa stated that the UFO/UAP topic has undergone a fundamental transformation and is no longer perceived as marginal.
Corrêa was a guest on the Disclosure Team podcast, where he spoke about the UFO phenomenon in the context of Fatima and his research in Portugal.
Corrêa was a co-founder of the organization ICER - International Coalition for Extraterrestrial Research, registered in Portugal, which today brings together representatives from more than 27 countries on 5 continents.
